A work of art in nature created by you
Using artificial intelligence, you and your friends can generate a brand-new piece of art based on a single line of text that encapsulates your relationship with the ocean. Cross-disciplinary artist, Signe Klejs, selects a series of motifs from the computer-generated images, which she recreates in colored sand in the area around ARoS' stand. The work emerges during The Ocean Race and changes shape along the way under the influence of the environment that undoubtedly arises.
Along the way, ARoS offers an artist talk, where Signe Klejs discusses her work with nature's own ephemeral elements in combination with the latest technology in conversation with ARoS' Pernille Taagaard Dinesen.
A common sea with each own boat
Would you like to help create an ocean of small clay boats? Drop by and create your own personal boat which you can place together with others in a beautiful pattern outside the ARoS container.
A broad artistic
You can also enjoy free art lectures related to ARoS' collection of so-called ‘Sea Pieces’. A skilled art mediator will discuss works from the collection, allowing both the artist behind and the work itself to be experienced in completely new ways.
Throughout the period, there will be a range of free and exciting experiences with an artistic background. You can stay updated on the program on this page.
