Sky Room ARoS
We have meeting rooms in several sizes and can handle everything from the intimate business meeting to the large conference.
The art is world-class, so if you want to add a little extra to your day, we can offer everything from a stroll through the rainbow on your own, to an art break or guided tour of the galleries.
Meeting packages
Half-day meeting 1: Morning meeting
DKK 630 ex. VAT per person
Morning meeting (min 5 pers.)
9 am – 1 pm
A morning meeting includes the following catering:
Breakfast:
- Coffee, tea and ice water
- Freshly baked organic roll with butter, Danish farm cheese and seasonal jam
- Organic smoothie
Lunch:
- Lunch plate with house specialities
- Homemade bread and butter
- Optional soft drink or juice

Our meeting packages start from 09.00 am. Organiser has the possibility to come in for preparation in the room from 08.30 am.
When you book a meeting at ARoS, there is free access to the museum's galleries, which are open from 10.00 am – 09.00 pm on weekdays.
All prices include room rental, standard AV equipment and help with start-up.

Take a art break or guided tour
Holding a meeting at ARoS is an inspiring experience in itself.
In addition to the unique surroundings, you can add a facilitated art break to your meeting or conference. The planned creative break is an ideal opportunity to break up the day with a unifying activity for all participants.
Use the art break as a start to your meeting, as an extension of your lunch break or as a great end to the day. All our art breaks are facilitated by an art professional and everyone has the opportunity to participate.
Art breaks & guided tour
Giant jigsaw puzzle
In this art break, you will compete to see who can complete a giant jigsaw puzzle with a motif from the museum’s collection.
Art creates words - words create art
This art break challenges you to use your imagination and think outside the box, quickly and impulsively, when transforming a piece of an artwork into a new piece of art: A poem or a rap.
Art treasure hunt
This art break is all about keeping your eyes open and working together to find the right pieces from small details.
Bowl break
In this art break, activate your body and mind as you play charades with art and compete with each other to see which team can get the most answers right.
Guided tour of ARoS
Go on a guided tour with a knowledgeable guide who will take you on a tour of the art at ARoS and introduce you to a current exhibition or the major works of art at the museum.
We host green meetings and conferences
In recent years, ARoS has implemented a wide range of sustainable initiatives that have reduced resource consumption. We have the bronze label in use of organic produce and our focus is on local and seasonal produce. By reducing the use of meat, we can minimise our environmental footprint and move towards a more sustainable future.
When you book events, private parties and meeting rooms at ARoS, you directly support the museum's ability to set up exhibitions and the collection, guided tours, activation of children's activities, maintenance, etc. as the profits go directly to the museum's operations.
